Beyond Possible Day 2 - April 30

Living “Beyond Possible” begins with faith in God who created everything. Yesterday
we read, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” Today let’s
prayerfully read Genesis chapter 1, verses 26 – 31. Read this through several
times using different translations. What stands out to you from the reading?
Let’s zero into Vs. 26, 27 - Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image,
according to our likeness….   So God created man in his own image; he created him
in the image of God; he created them male and female.”

Take time to rejoice in your identity from this text:

 You are created by God.
 You are made in God’s image, separate and distinct from the rest of animal
and plant creation. You have the capacity to relate with and know God personally.
 You are stamped with the Creator’s likeness. Wow!
 You are created either as a male or female. You are not a mistake.

To live ‘beyond possible’ realize that you are marvelously and miraculously made by
God. Write out a prayer using Psalm 139 as a guide expressing your heart of awe
and wonder of His creation.
