NOW IS THE TIME to be generous, for “the Lord will suddenly appear .. “ Malachi 3: 1,2. Let’s prayerfully read & reflect on the New Testament letter of 1 Timothy chapter 6. What stands out as a highlight? How would you explain the highlight as a friend? How might this apply to your life? What does this do to your heart? 

Let’s ZERO INTO Vs. 6 – 11: 

• What is of great benefit?  V6 - “godliness with ______________” 
• What does our birth and our inevitable death teach us? V.7 _________________
• With the simple things of life (food & clothing), we are to experience ‘contentment’ – i.e. to live with complete satisfaction. V.8
• What’s the warning of greed? Vs. 9 – 10

PRAYER PROMT: Heavenly Father, I worship You for being the owner of all things. I recognize You have given me _______________________________. Free my heart from a desire for more to become one who values the eternal above the temporary, for I humbly pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
