Let’s prayerfully read Galatians 1 (repetition leads to deeper meditation).
What stands out as a highlight?
How would you explain this to a friend?
What application might this have in your life?
Zoom Into Galatians 1:11-12
Where does the Good News message of Jesus Christ originate?
From ______, not from ______.
How does this truth give you confidence? ___________________________.
Encountering the Gospel: Acts 9
Read Acts 9 to see how Saul of Tarsus (now Paul the apostle) encountered the Gospel.
What kind of person was Saul before? (Acts 9:1-2)
What changed Saul’s life and direction? (Acts 9:3-9)
What were the outcomes of Saul’s conversion? (Acts 9:10-30)
Reflection
Paul passionately reminds the Galatians—and us—that the message he proclaims is not a human invention. He didn’t receive it from earthly teachers or personal insight. Instead, his gospel came through a direct revelation from Jesus Himself.
We often look to human authority or tradition to validate our beliefs, but Paul’s testimony challenges us to remember that the source of the Gospel is divine.
Because its source is Jesus, the Gospel carries a power that transcends human wisdom—it has the capacity to: Renew minds , Transform hearts , Change the course of entire lives.
When we anchor our faith in a God-given gospel, we are:
- Freed from the fear of people’s opinions.
- Unmoved by the shifting fads of culture.
- Confident that the Gospel still transforms lives today.
Questions for Personal Reflection
Do I sometimes treat the Gospel as just another idea among many, rather than God’s revelation?
How does knowing the Gospel’s divine origin affect the way I share it with others?
In what areas of my life do I need to trust more deeply in Christ’s authority rather than human wisdom?
Prayer Prompt

Help me stand firm in the confidence that the Good News I proclaim has its power and authority in Christ alone. May Your Spirit empower me to share it with those around me, especially ________________________.
For I humbly pray, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
How will you live with confidence in the Gospel today?
