Victory Through an Unlikely Hero
Read: Judges 4
Key Verse: Judges 4:21 – “But Jael, Heber’s wife, picked up a tent peg and a hammer and went quietly to him while he lay fast asleep, exhausted. She drove the peg through his temple into the ground, and he died.”
Inductive Questions:
How does Jael’s role in Sisera’s defeat show God’s ability to use unexpected people?
What does this story reveal about God’s justice?
How can you be faithful in the role God has given you, even if it seems small?
Prayer:
Lord, use me however You choose. Help me to be faithful in the opportunities You place before me. I pray humbly in
Jesus’ name, Amen.
