Prayerfully read through Acts chapter 3. What is God saying to you from this text?
Notice Peter’s response to the lame man in V. 6 -Peter said, “I don’t have silver or gold, but what I do have, I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!”
Peter and John took the initiative to express care and concern for someone who was hurting.
Loving like Jesus—Jesus took initiative, pursuing people with love.

“Jesus, empower me to take the first step of loving ______________. As I act with your love, empower me to take the action of ________________, for I humbly yield to you, Amen!”
