As you prayerfully read Acts chapter 18, it is evident that living Jesus’ mission is not an easy task, but it worth eternal benefits. As Paul is living His mission, he encounters opposition. Focus on V.10 – 11. The Lord said to Paul in a night vision, “Don’t be afraid, but keep on speaking and don’t be silent. 1For I am with you, and no one will lay a hand on you to hurt you, because I have many people in this city.”
Make this text a promise for you to keep on living, loving and caring for people in your point of mission. Hear Jesus say, “I am with you.” What does this do to your heart?
PRAY – “Abba Father, I confess many times I become tired and weary in seeking to share the Gospel. Please remind my heart often that it is always too soon to quit. Strengthen me within by Your Spirit to share Your love with __________________, for I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen”
