This is the Lord’s Day; let’s be glad and rejoice in it! Prayerfully read Isaiah 27 – 28. What is the Lord saying to you from today’s reading?
Reflect on 27:3 and imagine the Lord speaking this to you – in light of You being a Branch in the Lord’s vineyard (John 15:5).
‘Zoom in’ to 28:16 – “Look, I have laid a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; the one who believes will be unshakable.” This is a prophesy of Jesus – see Ephesians 2:20.
Consider areas of your life in which you could benefit from Jesus’ love giving you security. Write out a prayer expressing your faith in Him & your desire to build on Him as Your cornerstone.
