Today we are halfway through reading Isaiah. Way to go! Prayerfully think about Isaiah chapters 35 & 36. What stands out to you? What might the Lord be saying to you?
IMAGINE yourself as a recipient of the promises of Isaiah chapter 35. What is the result of ‘seeing the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God?’
‘Zoom in’ to 35:10 – As God’s redeemed, embraced by faith over your emotions – “Joy and gladness will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.” This is the abundant life Jesus promised – See John 10:10b
