Read Ephesians chapter 1 again. This time take deeper thought and meditation. The Bible is like a multifaceted jewel from which we glean new insight and light by careful observation. Today the sermon is “The Cornerstone of Your Home is Jesus.”
‘ZOOM IN’ to Vs. 22 – “God the Father subjected everything under Jesus’ feet and appointed Him as the Head over everything for the church.” This text simply states that WHAT IS OVER OUR HEADS IS UNDER JESUS’ FEET.
What things seem overwhelmingly ‘over your head?’ Imagine lifting up your eyes and seeing Jesus standing over you with compassion. Nothing is too hard for Him to handle. Give Him whatever concerns come to mind right now. Ask Him to make needed renovations to relationships in your life.
