Prayerfully read Ephesians chapter 5. Notice how the architect of the family designed marriage to operate. What insight does “being filled with the Spirit” (Vs. 18) give to how healthy marriages and relationships are possible?
‘ZOOM IN’ to Vs. 21 – “submitting to one another in the fear of Christ.” If married, submit yourself to the Creator of marriage to fulfill the design He has for you in marriage. If not married, pray for a married couple to experience marriage as God intends.
Pause and Consider – Think of a married couple who demonstrates what God desires for marriage; give thanks for this couple and communicate how their marriage gives you hope.
