Let’s meditate further on the Lord’s promise to Joshua “I will be with you, just as I was with Moses.” (see Joshua 1:5) As you reflect on Exodus, chapters 3 & 4, how was the Lord with Moses?
How would this reflection comfort Joshua?
Jesus’ promises, “I will be with you always to the end of the world” (Matt. 28:20). What does this do to your heart? Write a prayer of response to Him.
The Lord promised Joshua – “I have given you every place where the sole of your foot treads, just as I promised Moses” (Joshua 1: 3). Pray, that in your daily traffic patterns, for God to give you territory for King Jesus as you spread His light and love. Pray for ‘the places’ of homes, schools, businesses, and entertainment to be illuminated.
