Read Matthew’s Gospel, chapter 1. Circle the name of ‘Rahab’ as it appears in the text. What is the significance of her faith conversion?
There is no one beyond the Love of God in Christ Jesus. God saved Rahab who was a harlot in Jericho and wrote her name in the Messiah’s lineage. God is able to change us from ‘the house of shame’ to the faith ‘hall of fame’ by His mercy and grace.
Pause and pray for a family member or neighbor who is ‘far away’ from God to experience God’s love in Christ. Pray that our KIDVENTURE (VBS) will bring many families to Christ.
