Prayerfully reflect on Joshua chapter 6. What would have been intimidating to Joshua about the city of Jericho? What insight do your gain from facing towering, intimidating, and impossible barriers in your own life? What did the Lord ask Joshua and His people to do that would have been strange in the eyes of the people of Jericho?
‘Zoom in’ to Vs. 20 – “So the troops shouted, and the trumpets sounded. When they heard the blast of the trumpet, the troops gave a great shout, and the wall collapsed. The troops advanced into the city, each man straight ahead, and they captured the city.”
Pause & Consider – What acts of faith may the Lord be calling you to take that may seem strange to others? What promise of Scripture are you believing by faith to become a reality? Write out a prayer response to the Lord.

So blessed by your messages on Joshua. It is so good to share your daily devotional, again. I was doing it for several weeks before my surgery , but then started doing a different Bible devotional during my quiet time. So glad to be joining you again. I pray for you and Liliana often. May God bless you in a mighty way. Love , Sharon
