We are in a COURAGEOUS series through the book of Joshua and we are focusing on ‘the right response’ to ‘wrong choices.’ Let’s prayerfully read Psalm, chapter 51, which is King David’s confession of his wrong choices of sin. What insight do you gain about humbly confessing sin to God?
‘Zero in’ on V. 10 – “God, create a clean heart for me
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Prayerfully ask the Lord to clean any ‘dirty’ parts of your heart. Ask him to renew a spirit of steadfast courage to follow Jesus and honor Him. Write out a prayer in your journal expressing your heart.
