Why are we reading and reflecting on the book of Joshua? Let’s read the New Testament book of Romans, chapter 15 to discover the reasons. What stands out to you in reading this chapter?
‘Zero in’ on Verse 4 – “For whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that we may have hope through endurance and through the encouragement from the Scriptures.”
As you reflect on our COURAGEOUS study of the book of Joshua, What ‘hope’ and ‘encouragement’ have you experienced? (i.e., – I have experienced the confident expectation that the Lord is always with me through my challenges).
Write out a prayer expressing thanksgiving for hope and encouragement you have experienced through Joshua.
