Christmas Devotional Day 6 - November 30

Let’s continue our investigative journey in the Bible by asking the question, “What’s Christmas mean to you?” by prayerfully reflecting on the Gospel of Luke chapter 1, verses 57 – 80.
Let’s reflect on the birth of John the Baptist (Jesus’ cousin) and Zachariah’s prophesy, imagine how he would answer the question – “Zachariah, What’s Christmas mean to you?”

How about you? Is the promise God made and kept special to you? Does the salvation to deliver you from sin and Satan’s oppression have special significance to you?

Consider - Where would you be if Jesus had not entered our world?

“Heavenly Father, Christmas means everything to me, because You have come to rescue me! Because You did not withhold Your Son but freely gave Him for us all, my life is filled with _____________. I rejoice that I am loved by you.”
