Beyond Possible Day 27 - May 25

Let’s read with enthusiasm in our hearts Joshua chapter 6, verses 1 – 21. Put
yourself in the text; imagine yourself as one of the Israelites who marched around
the city of Jericho experiencing a ‘beyond possible’ victory by faith.

Let’s zero into V. 20 –“So the troops shouted, and the rams’ horns sounded. When
they heard the blast of the trumpets, the troops gave a great shout, and the wall
collapsed. The troops advanced into the city, each man straight ahead, and they
captured the city.” How did these impenetrable walls crumble and fall? Hebrews
11:30 states it was “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after being marched
around by the Israelites for seven days.”

What impossible walls are you facing? What are the strongholds that are holding you
back? Lead your heart to respond ‘by faith’ in the Lord who is able to bring
strongholds down.

“Heavenly Father, as I imagine myself as one of the Israelites who circled the city
of Jericho by faith and witnessed the collapse of the walls, my heart is filled with
________________________________. As I consider walls and barriers in my life
today, I circle them in prayer and humbly ask You to reveal Your faithful love, for I
humbly pray in Jesus’ name, Amen!”
