Wow! Let’s breathe deeply and thank God for the amazing day of worship we experienced yesterday. As we begin a new week, let’s read James chapter 1 entirely. (It will only take 5 minutes or less; let’s think of the Word by repetition!)
Let’s ZOOM INTO Vs. 12 – 18. As you read and reflect on these verses, how might you describe the “REAL” God as He is seen as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? (Take time to write in your responses)
What do you discover about yourself?
Pause & reflect: The REAL God is excited to give you good gifts. In what ways has God startled you by His love this past month? (maybe the visit of a friend, a text from a family member, a good test result at school, etc.). __________________________________________
Write out a prayer celebrating the good, good Father you have. Share & celebrate with a friend the good gifts you have received.
