Let’s set our hearts on H.E.A.R. (ing) from the Lord as we prayerfully read the N.T. book of Acts, chapter 19.
Write your responses to your H.E.A.R. prompts and discuss with a near one or group. Look for opportunities ‘to do the book’ in your daily traffic patterns.
IMAGINE if V.10 occurred in Sarasota – “all the residents … heard the word of the Lord.†This is the vision of our church “becoming people who fill the earth with the light and love of Jesus.†… as the waters cover the sea. This is not accomplished just good preaching on Sunday morning, but when we as God’s people ‘live His Word’ in the places we go.
Pause and Pray – for this Vision to become a reality. May we ‘live the Word’ wherever we go today. Let us become ‘salt’ pouring out of the ‘saltshaker’ of worship gatherings.
