Let’s set our hearts on H.E.A.R. (ing) from the Lord as we prayerfully read 1 Thessalonians, chapter 5.
Write your responses to your H.E.A.R. prompts and discuss with a near one or group. Look for opportunities ‘to do the book’ in your daily traffic patterns.
As you pray for your neighbors (the B.L.E.S.S. app provides names), look for opportunities to do V.11 – “encourage one another and build each other up.”
“Heavenly Father, I pray for my neighbors ______________________________. I ask that You would give me an opportunity to encourage them and speak words that would build them up, for I humbly pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.”

- A. – apply – i.e. – consider ways this passage connects to your life.
- R. – respond – i.e. – prayerful response with your heart to the Word for transformation.
