Every Person Has a Role
Read: Nehemiah 3
Key Verse: Nehemiah 3:28 – “Above the Horse Gate, the priests made repairs, each in front of his own house.”
Devotional Thought:
What a joy to gather today as the people of God at Sarasota Baptist Church! As we worship together, may we be reminded that each of us has a part to play in building God’s Kingdom, right where we are. Just like the families in Nehemiah’s day rebuilt the wall outside their own homes, we’re called to strengthen our city, our church, and our families together.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for calling us into Your work. Help me to be faithful where You’ve placed me and to join joyfully with my church family in building what matters most. I pray humbly in Jesus’ name, Amen.
