What we believe
At SALT Church, our beliefs are rooted in the truth of God’s Word and centered on the life and mission of Jesus Christ. We hold to historic, biblical Christianity and seek to live it out with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, trustworthy, and authoritative Word of God. It is our guide for life, faith, and practice.
God
We believe there is one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is holy, loving, and sovereign over all creation.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again. Through Him alone, we find forgiveness and new life.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not earned by works but transforms our lives as we follow Him.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, guiding, empowering, and transforming us to live like Jesus.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. We gather to worship, grow in God’s Word, and live on mission together.
Baptism & The Lord’s Supper
We believe baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus, symbolizing new life in Him. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice.
Our Mission
We exist to lead people to know Jesus and live like Him, becoming people who fill the earth with the light and love of Jesus.
